To celebrate the fifth anniversary of Eli & Fur’s debut album release, ‘Found In The Wild’, we’re pressing a limited quantity of an expanded version of the original album, which includes remixes from Maya Jane Coles, Marsh, THEMBA, MOLØ and Fur Coat.
A dual-part album concept, ‘Found in The Wild’ is a sonic presentation of two contrasting and quintessential sides of the unique Eli & Fur sound: “We wanted to show both sides of us. We are quite varied in the way that we write music, and so it made sense to have two parts living side by side. Everything we really love is on the album, and we’re super proud of how it’s come together”.
Five years later, the album has become the signature sound of the duo, who now reflect on the release and realise the success of the project gave them the confidence to grow, evolve and trust their artistic instincts.
