Shapeshift

Following the release of his debut LP 'Feeling Fades', David Roif, aka Rezident, returns with his new follow-up single 'Shapeshift'.

Rezident debuted on Anjunadeep in 2020 as part of the label’s 'Explorations 13' compilation EP with his track 'Pure'. His remix of Ben Böhmer's 'Erase', released in 2022, was the most-played track on SiriusXM Chill that year and received strong support on BBC Radio 1. Last year, 'Only For A Moment' and 'Muse' became dancefloor highlights across the Anjunadeep label tour, from London’s Roundhouse to Red Rocks and Mexico City. His talent has caught the attention of artists like Elderbrook, Diplo, and AlunaGeorge, while earning praise from BBC Radio 1 tastemakers Pete Tong, Sian Eleri, and Jaguar.

Since its release, Rezident’s debut album 'Feeling Fades' has surpassed 8.5M streams worldwide. He’s gained continued support on this project from BBC Radio 1, including plays from Pete Tong and Sian Eleri. Currently, David is touring alongside Above & Beyond’s 'Bigger Than All Of Us' tour across nine shows, and he recently played a sold-out show at London’s Royal Naval College in front of 10,000 fans.

Combining echoing vocals and Rezident's signature synths, 'Shapeshift' demonstrates Reziden't intricate production techniques that has marked him out as a future star.
