Five EP

Jon Gurd and Reset Robot return to Anjunadeep with their fourth collaborative project on the label, the ‘Five EP’.

Now friends and collaborators for coming up to 20 years, Jon and Dave’s signature sound has proved a hit with the Anjunadeep fanbase and wider electronica and progressive community. Last year the pair debuted their new live set to a sold-out crowd at Anjunadeep Explorations 2024 in Albania and released the ‘Expansion EP’, ‘It’s Over EP’ and ‘Ashen EP’ all within a 12-month period. Their previous releases have garnered impressive support including airplay from Jaguar on BBC Radio 1 and numerous weeks in Beatport’s Electronica top 10 chart.

The new EP is a continuation of the quality we have come to expect from the pair. EP title track ‘Five’ was premiered nearly a year ago on flagship label compilation Anjunadeep 15 and features a distinctive synth topline and moody bass, while ‘Verna’ and ‘Century Stab’ are unmissable bits of modern electronica and ‘Canblaster’ brings the record to a close on a high-energy note.
