Brazilian producer Maty Owl delivers the ‘Raindrops EP’.
Having featured on both editions of new compilation series ‘Movement’, Maty’s production talents have found their home in full on new label Anjunadeep Explorations. With six years’ worth of releases under his belt, Maty is a multi-instrumentalist and producer who has previously put out a wide range of music that showcases the breadth of his abilities; deep house on Soul Monument, ambient on Anjunadeep Reflections, and numerous self-recorded live acoustic mixes to accompany his more upbeat tracks.
Title track ‘Raindrops’ features a carefully crafted breakbeat paired with clean plucks and airy vocal atmospheres. ‘Ametista’ and ‘Intuitions’ both return to a steady kick drum pattern while featuring Maty’s signature gentle melodies to keep the record moving.
The ‘Raindrops EP’ is the latest exciting instalment for Anjunadeep Explorations, arriving September 25.
