Anjunadeep welcomes the return of Amsterdam-based producer & DJ Nordfold with ‘A Different Life EP’, his fourth EP on the label since debuting in 2020.
His 3 previous Anjunadeep EP’s have accrued just shy of 1M streams on Spotify alone, and saw Nordfold consecutively selected for label flagship compilations Anjunadeep 11, 12 & 13, as well as ‘Letter To Lillehammer’ featuring on ‘Anjunadeep - The Yearbook 2021’. Nordfold’s consistency has gained him support from BBC Radio 1 and SiriusXM Chill, as well as from respected DJ’s such as John Digweed, Marsh, Sultan + Shepard, Enamour and more.
Title track ‘A Different Life’, first featuring on Anjunadeep 13 earlier this year, combines washed out vocals with lush pads and warm tinges of acid to create a feel-good dance floor filler. To complete the EP, ‘Catalyst’ and ‘Credits’ provide a more club-focused sound, employing trance-like melodies and meticulously crafted basslines to create suspenseful peak-time builders.
