When You're In Love EP

Michael Cassette brings us the ‘When You’re In Love EP’ on Anjunadeep, alongside an exclusive double EP vinyl and a limited collectible cassette.

Known for his nostalgic blend of 80s synthwave and modern melodic house, Michael Cassette is a trailblazer in electronic music and one of the earliest stars of the Anjunadeep label. His work has inspired many of today’s standout artists including Lane 8, Yotto, and Marsh, earning him a dedicated fanbase and critical acclaim.

Michael’s breakthrough came in 2010 with ‘Temporarity', the second artist album ever released on Anjunadeep which fast became a label classic. Garnering support from industry icons such as Eric Prydz, Laurent Garnier, and James Zabiela, the LP received glowing reviews, with DJ Mag calling it a flawless homage to the 80s "delivered with style and sophistication”.

After making a long-awaited return to the stage at Anjunadeep Explorations in 2023 with a sensational follow-up in 2025, Michael Cassette has reaffirmed his place as a key figure in electronic music. Previously supported by Purple Disco Machine and Above & Beyond, his music remains a cornerstone of Anjunadeep’s legacy and a lasting influence on the genre. He returns to the stage with Anjunadeep at the label’s Malta weekender in October 2026.

The new EP marks Michael’s first vinyl product since the 10 year anniversary of his ‘Temporarity LP’, featuring the ‘Promenade EP’ on side A backed with the ‘When You’re In Love EP’ on side B. The record is paired with a limited edition collectible cassette that also contains both EPs.
