Russian classically trained pianist & producer Omfeel releases new single 'Flying The Moment'. The single first featured on the sold-out Explorations Label Sampler. Released in July, the hand-stamped white label vinyl comprised six highlights from artists first releasing on the label. The single has also received recent support from label-boss James Grant, being selected for his recent compilation 'Movement Vol. 2', showcasing his favourite recent and upcoming releases from the Anjuna labels.
Omfeel first debuted on Anjunadeep Reflections, as part of 'Reflections 04' in 2023, with downtempo ballad 'Dancing Ego', which has since done over 2M streams on Apple Music, before following up with her debut standalone EP 'Happiness' in 2024. This music has been supported on flagship label compilations Anjunadeep 14 & 15, in 2023 and 2024 respectively, with EP title track 'Happiness' being remixed by James Grant & Jody Wisternoff for this year's edition.
'Flying The Moment' sees Omfeel translate her beautiful composition into a dance-floor context, combining evocative and playful piano melodies, ear catching vocal chops and atmospheric field recordings.
