Following the release of his third studio album, ‘our lives entwined', Leaving Laurel now unveils the remix package featuring K-LONE and Isolèe.

Hailing from the UK, K-LONE is a London-born DJ, producer, and record label owner celebrated for his eclectic, genre-spanning sound. He has toured extensively across Europe, North America, and Australia, performing at festivals including Glastonbury, Love International, and Worldwide Festival. Over his career, K-LONE’s work has been praised by Pitchfork, DJ Mag, Mixmag, Crack Magazine, and Resident Advisor, and his dance and electronic productions have earned support from artists including HAAi, Bakey, Anish Kumar, Interplanetary Criminal, Pete Tong, and Mau P. In his remix for Leaving Laurel, K-LONE reimagines the original lead melody with a minimal deep house approach, layering staccato chords, lush soundscapes, and intertwining melodies.

Isolèe, the German producer from Frankfurt, is widely recognised as one of the influential electronic artists of the past 25 years. His work is celebrated for emotive melodies, abstract textures, and intricate rhythms. His debut LP, 'Beau Mot Plage', was hailed as a timeless club record, with Pitchfork naming it among the best house tracks of the ’90s alongside Daft Punk, Crystal Waters, and Frankie Knuckles. Subsequent releases on DJ Koze’s Pampa Label and Mano Le Tough’s Maeve further cemented his reputation, earning support from John Digweed, Michael Mayer, Joy Anonymous, Model Man and Shadow Child. For this remix, Isolèe combines a fluctuating bassline with the original track’s lead melody, delivering his signature quirky and dynamic house sound.

Originally released earlier this year, ‘our lives entwined' marked a new chapter for Leaving Laurel as Gordon continued the project solo. The album expands sonically beyond previous releases, embracing a more expressive palette of synths and fresh instrumentation while retaining the nostalgic warmth characteristic of Leaving Laurel. To date, the album has amassed over 3 million streams and received regular support on SiriusXM Chill and BBC Radio 1.
