Label mainstay Braxton delivers the ‘Reunion EP’, his seventh solo release on Anjunadeep.
One of the leading melodic house and breakbeat artists, Braxton has gone from strength to strength in recent years. First making his label debut in 2019, he featured on consecutive label compilations Anjunadeep 11 through 14, has remixed Above & Beyond and Marsh, and continues to play key slots across a large number of global Anjunadeep events including 2024’s Malta Weekender and U.K. club tour.
This summer EP title track ‘Reunion’ was selected by James Grant to appear on ‘Movements Vol. 2 (Live from Cape Town)’, the second rendition of the new compilation series. Recently Braxton has also explored the more ambient side of his production through the very well-received ‘Bloom EP’ on our sister label, Reflections.
On the new EP, ‘Reunion’ is a fresh take on Braxton’s signature laid back sound featuring a mystical vocal on top of smooth breakbeats, while ‘Everywhere’ features acclaimed U.K. singer/songwriter Tailor who has worked with the likes of Lane 8, KSHMR and MØ. ‘The Summit’ quickly gained fan favourite status and has been in high demand for over a year. The combination of Braxton’s Prophet 6 synth and Moog Sub 37 bass deliver an all-out dose of euphoria.
The ‘Reunion EP’ is out October 29 via Anjunadeep.
